Meet Laura Smith
Laura Smith is a spiritual teacher
and energy healer.
Laura was brought up in a religious home, and always had a special connection to her higher power. As her family began to experience difficulties, including mental health, addiction, divorce, caring for her aging parents and their passing, Laura began to deep dive into spirituality to help her navigate through the dark times. She began following spiritual teachers like Wayne Dyer, Gabrielle Bernstein, and Marianne Williamson. Laura studied Gabrielle Bernstein’s “Spirit Junkie” coursework, and began working with the Metaphysical text, A Course In Miracles. Through studying and practicing her spiritual teachings, Laura has come out stronger and more connected to her higher power than ever before.
Most recently, Laura has earned her Reiki II certification and has begun to offer energy healing to those around her. Her Reiki practice and Sacred Circles brings Laura joy like nothing else in her life. Assisting others to experience transformations and breakthroughs in their own lives lights Laura up!

You will experience intention setting, sip cacao to open your heart and intuition, be led in a guided mediation, experience sound healing and Reiki, and share your experience in open discussion with a group of like minded women.

This was my first Reiki session with Laura and I have to say it was amazing! Let me start from the beginning, I wasn’t quite sure what to expect going in this was a totally new world for me but Laura immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease. Her calm, welcoming presence really helped me settle in, even though I was feeling a bit nervous and carrying a lot of tension. The space where the session took place was cozy, inviting, and had a peaceful, spiritual vibe that instantly helped me relax. At the beginning, I could definitely feel how stressed and tight my energy was. But as Laura worked through the session using different techniques, I noticed a shift. I instantly started to let go and fully relax. One of my favorite parts was when she used a vibrational sound device that seemed to move through my whole body and helped me feel deeply calm. Combined with the subtle, soothing aromas in the room, it really lifted my mood and helped clear some mental fog I didn’t even realize I had.
By the end of the session, I felt lighter, more grounded, and genuinely recharged. Laura has a real gift for making people feel safe, supported, and at peace. I’m so glad I gave it a try, I’ll definitely be back for another session!

My first experience of Reiki with Laura Smith was amazing! She was able to get me, a 40+ dad of two teenage boys, to put down the tension and existential angst for a while and left me feeling relaxed and refreshed. I would highly recommend Reiki with Laura Smith as a way to reset and remind yourself that you can relax and let the tension and bad energy go.

Being very stressed out and feeling like I’m in pain all the time, Laura recommended I try Reiki. I wasn’t sure what it was, but she explained it was to relax me and cleanse the negative energy. I was in. She made me feel relaxed and it was an awesome experience. I felt less pain afterwards and even took my blood pressure and it was lower than it had been. I’m a believer now. I wish I lived closer to have her do Reiki with me more often. I know I would be so much less stressed!
